About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate publishing workflows from concept to post-launch support
- Work closely with development teams to track milestones and deliverables
- Assist in managing external developer relationships
- Monitor production schedules and identify potential delays
- Support budget tracking and resource planning
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners
- Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Ensure compliance with platform holder requirements
- Oversee submission processes for certification and approvals
- Help maintain publishing documentation and status reports
- Coordinate marketing and PR alignment with development progress
- Assist in planning and executing game launches
- Gather and distribute feedback from QA and testing phases
- Support localization planning and implementation
- Track key performance indicators for published titles
- Participate in post-mortem reviews and process improvements
- Ensure brand and content guidelines are followed
- Liaise with legal and compliance teams on contracts and IP matters
- Manage asset delivery schedules and version control
- Act as a point of contact for external studios during production
- Help onboard new publishing partners and external developers
- Coordinate playtesting and user research sessions
- Support platform-specific technical requirements
- Maintain transparency in reporting to senior management
- Promote collaboration across publishing, development, and operations teams
