Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate several concurrent projects focused on enhancing customer experience and managed services operations
- Collaborate with teams across departments such as Customer Success, Managed Services, Operations, Sales, and Product to establish project scope, schedules, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary owner for maintaining project plans, progress reports, risk logs, and related documentation
- Support client-facing initiatives by ensuring teams remain aligned on goals, timelines, and communication protocols
- Identify and implement improvements to project workflows, tools, and processes as the organization grows
