Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients on low to medium complexity projects that are already initiated and active at the agency.
- Gather client direction and input while managing their expectations.
- Assist in organizing and prioritizing work across client responsibilities.
- Use a consultative approach to identify and reduce project risks before they become problems.
- Synthesize client interactions into clear, actionable guidance.
- Deliver high-quality work that surpasses client expectations.
- Handle financial management tasks including pricing, budget tracking, reconciliation, billing, and communicating financial status, risks, and mitigation plans to clients.
- Collaborate with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, and Technology teams to define project approach and execute work from initiation to delivery.
- Work closely with Account partners to clearly define and activate project tasks.
- Act as the organizational hub for assigned clients and project work.
- Manage daily hot sheets, facilitate project workflow, and coordinate with resource management to assign staff appropriately.
- Promote efficient communication across the agency team by capturing meeting notes and outlining next steps as needed.
- Create and manage project timelines and resource assignments.
- Develop decision-making and problem-solving skills, and expand ability to set team direction through consistent, sound decisions.
- Expand financial management responsibilities including scoping, estimating work, managing budgets, and supporting other agency financial processes.
- Prepare, support, and lead client submissions.
- Lead the scoping and estimation of low to medium complexity work.
- Monitor and assign tasks to the internal project team.
- Run client and team meetings.
- Be accountable for delivering projected monthly revenue.
- Work closely with the account management counterpart to ensure accurate financial projections.
