Requirements

- Passion for games, with an interest in game design, player motivations, and the broader AAA landscape. Demonstrates a player-first mindset while understanding business objectives.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, with a solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Focused on hands-on, tactical execution, with the ability to translate product direction into well-executed deliverables and outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with 2+ years of experience in product management, product development, game design, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly structure and communicate insights to a range of audiences.
- Self-starter who operates effectively in a fast-paced environment, proactively aligning on priorities and seeking guidance to ensure on time delivery.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with narrative-driven, first-person action/adventure games, particularly immersive sims.
