Responsibilities
- Develop user-focused designs for web platforms using wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with user goals and business outcomes
- Engage with cross-functional team members across multiple time zones through both real-time and asynchronous communication methods
- Support service design efforts by developing customer journey maps, user personas, and touchpoint evaluations to identify opportunities for service improvement
- Enhance and maintain the organization's design system by updating UI components, resolving inconsistencies, and proposing changes that support scalability and ease of use
- Refine design work through multiple cycles using input from users, stakeholders, and colleagues, ensuring documentation reflects ongoing design decisions
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to align design direction with technical feasibility, implementation schedules, and collaborative problem-solving
- Remain informed about emerging trends, evolving tools, and industry advancements in product and user experience design
