Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution, overseeing client relationships, team coordination, solution development, quality assurance, innovation, and process enhancements.
- Track project milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders on progress and deliverables.
- Oversee financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking, drafting statements of work for new initiatives, and managing client invoicing.
- Spearhead the creation and rollout of new perspectives and innovation programs to advance service offerings.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to shape insights on industry trends, supporting business growth, client interactions, and thought leadership.
- Develop analytical frameworks that support both business development and supply-side initiatives.
- Promote a collaborative, forward-thinking, and client-focused workplace culture.
- Create data-driven solutions that support business growth and address client challenges.
- Train and guide delivery teams responsible for implementing client solutions.
