About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and growing sales within the B2C mass retail channel at Walmart. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute strategies that increase product visibility, improve sell-through, and strengthen account performance through data-driven decision-making and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to meet revenue goals
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key retail contacts
- Prepare and present business reviews and performance reports
- Drive product assortment and placement initiatives
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns
- Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and promotional terms
- Ensure compliance with retail requirements and timelines
- Track inventory levels and support in-stock performance
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize delivery schedules
- Identify expansion opportunities within the retail network
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline tracking
- Support retail execution standards and planogram compliance
