Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agency partners, and media partners.
- Work with the Manager on strategy development and idea generation for campaigns.
- Develop and present media plans/documents incorporating goals, recommendations, rationale, ideas, implementation, planning costs, and budget splits.
- Manage and deliver the day-to-day needs of the accounts.
- Develop and deliver necessary reports like media flowchart updates, budget updates, contact reports, competitive, post-campaign reports, in a timely manner.
- Manage negotiation, evaluation, and recommendation of media campaign proposals
- Adopt best practices around client structure, channel-wise understanding, media planning, and exposure to both offline and online tech partners.
- Be familiar with campaign processes (optimization, reporting, ways of working, requirements and billing).
- Work with the finance department to ensure all finance processes are adhered to and relevant data is updated.
Requirements
- Minimally 1 year of media planning experience, preferably in a media agency and in a client-facing role.
- Up to date with industry changes and latest practices and procedures.
- Excellent administrative and organization skills.
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
- A good work ethic, problem-solving, and proficient time management skills.
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office software.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and manipulating dashboards – an analytical mind that is creative as well as data-driven to identify trends/patterns and insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate genuine curiosity and proactiveness in the business
- Knowledge on digital tools and social/search media platforms
