WPP Media is hiring an Associate, Media Planner

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Manage routine client inquiries and operational needs
  • Examine vendor agreements to ensure correctness and compliance
  • Produce media schedules for distribution to client-facing teams as needed
  • Support the creation of presentation materials using PowerPoint
  • Conduct analysis and prepare reports for mid-campaign and post-campaign evaluations
  • Draft meeting summaries and maintain project status documentation for internal reviews
  • Operate and interpret internal and third-party research platforms for media planning and performance tracking
  • Evaluate demographic and psychographic data to determine optimal audience segments for media placements
  • Apply syndicated research resources to assess competitor media strategies
  • Formulate strategic perspectives on media opportunities to present to clients
  • Enter and manage data within Prisma/Mediaocean and ad verification systems
  • Identify and reconcile billing inconsistencies during media invoicing processes
