Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive e-commerce strategies and media plans (annual/quarterly) that are aligned with client business objectives and growth priorities.
- Identify and articulate growth opportunities by analyzing platform dynamics, shopper behavior, category trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Build clear planning frameworks that cover traffic generation, conversion optimization, buyer growth, promotional strategy, and overall business performance analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate e-commerce performance across various platforms and campaigns, analyzing key metrics (GMV, ROAS, traffic, conversion, AOV) to generate actionable insights that inform future planning.
- Serve as a key strategic contact for clients in planning, performance discussions, and business recommendations, building trusted relationships through proactive and solution-oriented communication.
- Maintain a strong operational knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), including their commercial mechanics, performance levers, and media ecosystems to shape strategic recommendations.
- Effectively manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities, coordinating with cross-functional teams (media, content, analytics, operations) to ensure flawless execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Media & Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or e-commerce media.
- Strong, demonstrated understanding of e-commerce platforms and how they operate, particularly major marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Proven capability in strategic planning, with the ability to convert business goals into structured e-commerce strategies and actionable media plans.
- Excellent analytical skills with confidence in interpreting data to generate business insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to Have
- Agency, e-commerce enabler, or platform-side experience is preferred.
