Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital or integrated media planning, preferably within a media agency, client-side, or media owner capacity.
- A strong background in digital media with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop comprehensive media strategies.
- Solid experience in media planning and buying across all digital platforms, with hands-on experience of advertising technology platforms (e.g., ad servers, DSPs, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Demonstrated success in a client-facing role, with excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and integrate large teams. Experience in coaching, guiding, and developing junior team members is essential.
- A passion for data, insights, and ideation, with the ability to set viable objectives, recommend measurement methodologies, and ensure campaigns meet agreed-upon KPIs.
