Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 6 years of professional experience in data and analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
Proven project management and people management skills, with experience as a team leader or manager.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in analytics within the life sciences industry.

Strong coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) are strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills
Advanced analytical and quantitative aptitude, with exceptional problem-solving skills.
