Green Thumb Industries is hiring an Associate IT Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computers, mobile devices, printers, point-of-sale systems, and VoIP phones.
  • Support server infrastructure including Dell and Nutanix platforms running Windows Server 2016/2019 environments.
  • Maintain and configure network hardware such as Meraki and Fortinet firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
  • Manage physical and optical network connections including copper Ethernet and single-mode fiber cabling.
  • Respond to user support requests through the Fresh Service ticketing system in a timely manner.
  • Monitor system health and respond to alerts generated by the SolarWinds monitoring platform.
  • Participate in scheduled on-call rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Assist with the planning, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-wide IT systems.
  • Follow documented procedures to identify and fix common technical problems across hardware, software, and networks.
  • Provide hands-on support to employees, including troubleshooting, device setup, and issue escalation.
  • Deploy, update, and patch software across workstations, servers, and network equipment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of IT systems to ensure reliability and security compliance.
  • Support IoT devices used in production and operational environments.
  • Ensure consistent connectivity across ISP circuits and inter-site links.
  • Collaborate with team leads on special projects and operational improvements.
