Prelim was looking for an Associate, Implementations (Remote)

Prelim is looking for an Associate, Implementations to join our team. You will play a key role in onboarding new clients by managing the technical configuration and deployment of our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Configure and deploy the Prelim platform for new client engagements.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables for implementation phases.
  • Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients during onboarding.
  • Translate client business requirements into configured system workflows.
  • Document processes and provide training to ensure successful client handoffs.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a client-facing implementation, onboarding, or technical account management role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot configuration issues.
  • Self-motivation and organizational skills suitable for a remote work environment.
