Prelim is looking for an Associate, Implementations to join our team. You will play a key role in onboarding new clients by managing the technical configuration and deployment of our platform.

What You'll Do

Configure and deploy the Prelim platform for new client engagements.
Manage project timelines and deliverables for implementation phases.
Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients during onboarding.
Translate client business requirements into configured system workflows.
Document processes and provide training to ensure successful client handoffs.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a client-facing implementation, onboarding, or technical account management role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot configuration issues.
Self-motivation and organizational skills suitable for a remote work environment.
