Prelim is looking for an Associate, Implementations to join our team. You will play a key role in onboarding new clients by managing the technical configuration and deployment of our platform.
What You'll Do
- Configure and deploy the Prelim platform for new client engagements.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for implementation phases.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients during onboarding.
- Translate client business requirements into configured system workflows.
- Document processes and provide training to ensure successful client handoffs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing implementation, onboarding, or technical account management role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot configuration issues.
- Self-motivation and organizational skills suitable for a remote work environment.
