Responsibilities
- Support the execution of business strategy for a growing area of work by collaborating with regional and state-level health leads to shape pursuit strategies.
- Deliver consistent updates to internal leadership on the progress and direction of strategic implementation.
- Lead Project Management Commissions, overseeing full lifecycle service delivery, particularly for large or complex healthcare projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on a daily basis, ensuring alignment with client goals and adherence to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Offer high-level strategic guidance during project initiation, advising on viable approaches to meet client objectives effectively.
- Define and establish key success metrics for projects, including time, cost, technical specifications, and performance benchmarks.
- Oversee planning and continuous management of quality, safety, health, and environmental considerations.
- Set up robust project governance frameworks, workflows, and systems to be used across the project lifecycle.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring detailed scheduling and milestone tracking.
- Provide guidance on resource procurement strategies and methods.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across functions.
- Apply performance monitoring techniques, including KPIs, to enhance project outcomes.
- Manage formal change control procedures to maintain project integrity.
- Track and advise on financial aspects of projects, ensuring fiscal accountability.
- Facilitate clear communication between project teams and clients through regular meetings and written updates.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of formal progress reports and other required documentation.
- Take a central role in client and consultant engagement throughout all phases of project delivery.
