Responsibilities
- Assist in executing pipeline-generating initiatives for designated accounts, overseeing execution from planning through post-event follow-up
- Organize hospitality events, executive dining experiences, third-party sponsorships, regional activations, and local marketing efforts
- Oversee vendor coordination, contract management, shipping logistics, inventory control, on-site operations, and budget monitoring
- Support scalable marketing tools such as event-in-a-box solutions and standardized regional playbooks
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and field marketing leads to align campaigns with regional business goals
- Help set up, track, and report on marketing and sales initiatives within relevant systems
- Maintain operational documentation and contribute to process improvements for greater efficiency
- Support the delivery of supplementary events, on-site meetings, and major programs including DASH, Summits, Datadog Live, and industry conferences like re:Invent, Google Cloud Next, and RSA
