Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial, technical, and operational elements of assigned projects and business areas effectively.
- Identify potential business opportunities and prepare detailed fee proposals, including resource planning and project schedules.
- Build and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients to support business growth.
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians in the development of building infrastructure designs.
- Support team members' professional development through coaching, training, and clear career progression guidance.
- Ensure all project delivery activities follow established company policies and uphold quality standards and organizational principles.
