Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks in workflows, systems, and interdepartmental processes, then designing scalable solutions.
- Assess opportunities to apply artificial intelligence and automation to lower service costs, increase efficiency, and support growth.
- Convert financial margin goals into specific operational projects with assigned leads, deadlines, and measurable performance indicators.
- Manage large-scale, cross-departmental programs involving operations, product, revenue, finance, and clinical functions.
- Define governance frameworks, key milestones, and success criteria to ensure timely delivery and measurable impact of initiatives.
- Develop financial justifications for investments in automation, software enhancements, vendor management, and process reengineering.
- Align financial objectives with daily operations using performance dashboards, rigorous KPI tracking, and regular accountability reviews.
