Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted consultant for account needs.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, including strategy, planning, execution, and performance evaluation for assigned brands.
- Define realistic goals and key performance indicators, and design effective measurement frameworks for all project briefs.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance against established KPIs and media efficiency targets.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver competitive insights through reporting and market analysis.
- Identify and execute innovative planning strategies, concepts, and service enhancements.
- Assist in negotiations with major media suppliers and support client trading agreement terms.
- Stay informed about emerging industry trends and identify new client opportunities.
- Guide team members on effective practices, innovation, and process improvements.
- Promote the expansion of agency capabilities beyond traditional media planning and buying.
- Coordinate with internal experts and group-level resources to strengthen service delivery.
- Supervise, mentor, and grow direct team members.
