Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth knowledge of media platforms, ecosystem dynamics, and industry-leading planning methodologies.
- Apply strategic frameworks to develop tailored media plans for client projects and pitch proposals.
- Demonstrate mastery of the organization’s Consumer Journey model and planning principles across all client initiatives, utilizing both internal and external tools to analyze consumer behavior and business opportunities.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of the media landscape, emerging trends, and begin cultivating relationships with media partners.
- Supervise campaign execution, ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.
- Develop a strong grasp of commercial operations and the broader agency structure.
- Establish and sustain mid-to-senior-level relationships with clients and internal teams to deeply understand stakeholder needs and business objectives.
- Lead planning presentations by defining requirements and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality outputs.
- Facilitate creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaign ideas.
- Begin independently identifying challenges, analyzing data and insights critically, and applying experience to develop effective solutions.
