Responsibilities
- Manage and refine the key performance indicators for market access across payer coverage, contracts, distribution channels, and patient onboarding, ensuring standardized metrics and tracking.
- Study formulary placements, payer policy shifts, insured population reach, and usage controls; convert access barriers into strategic recommendations for leadership and field personnel.
- Evaluate contract terms, rebate structures, channel distribution, inventory levels, and specialty pharmacy or third-party logistics performance to uncover operational risks, conversion shortfalls, and improvement areas.
- Analyze patient enrollment patterns, access obstacles, discontinuation rates, copay program outcomes, and overall program impact to shape access and cost-support strategies.
- Lead the design and deployment of interactive market access dashboards and reporting tools in Tableau, collaborating with data management on backend infrastructure to meet business and analytical requirements.
- Drive quarterly business reviews for market access with unified messaging, data visualizations, and performance summaries for internal and external audiences.
- Act as the lead analytics consultant for market access functions, defining critical business questions, setting priorities, and delivering data-driven, practical insights.
- Collaborate with field and data operations, insights and analytics, field excellence, market access finance, and external partners to align on metric definitions, methodologies, and reporting standards.
