Director of Field Access Management Engagement The Director of Field Access Management Engagement leads a team of specialized professionals focused on access protocols, reimbursement strategies, and patient support programs for healthcare professionals and organizations. This role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Public Affairs, State and Government Affairs, and Specialty Pharmacy Accounts while maintaining strict adherence to corporate and industry guidelines. Key Responsibilities: • Train, develop, coach, and lead Field Access Managers (FAMs) • Execute and oversee field access strategic initiatives • Analyze Regional Payor and Medicaid coverage dynamics • Support market access education through approved materials • Maintain standard operating procedures for Hub, specialty pharmacy interactions • Provide proactive access education to internal and external stakeholders • Communicate technical knowledge regarding patient enrollment, payer policies • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on access strategies Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree; 9+ years pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience • Minimum 3 years patient support, healthcare sales/operations experience • Comprehensive understanding of health insurance structures • Expertise in benefit verification and authorization processes • Strong pharmaceutical compliance and HIPAA knowledge • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement capabilities • Proficient hub and patient support understanding • Ability to manage multiple priorities in hybrid environment • 30-35% travel requirement • Residency within assigned metropolitan area Required Skills: Comprehensive healthcare access management Preferred Skills: Advanced patient support expertise Compensation Range: $139,600.00 - $219,700.00 Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusive hiring practices.
