Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Campaign Managers to ensure effective delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate team schedules, including time off and transitions, while promoting seamless cooperation across internal teams, external partners, sales units, and client groups.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of lead categories, delivery specifications, and regional or global data requirements, including sourcing methods and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Supervise end-to-end execution of lead generation initiatives using appropriate technology tools, ensuring service level agreements are met and data transfer procedures are completed correctly.
- Proactively detect and resolve issues related to lead quality or delivery, manage client feedback and complaints, and escalate critical matters to senior management or vendor partners as needed.
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, derive insights, and ensure revenue forecasts are accurate and aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Stay current on industry developments and competitive offerings, and provide practical input to enhance product and service offerings.
- Support training programs, keep documentation up to date, enforce training compliance, and protect sensitive information by identifying and reporting potential risks.
- Use strong analytical abilities in planning and executing campaigns while managing expectations across various stakeholder levels.
- Motivate team members to uncover additional revenue opportunities and assist in sales activities, including responses to requests for proposals and development of sales proposals.
