DEPT® is hiring an Associate Creative Director

Responsibilities

  • Develop standout, award-caliber concepts that resonate with audiences and elevate client creativity
  • Identify and drive growth by pitching creative campaigns rooted in community and cultural relevance
  • Apply strategic insight to guide client portfolios toward success through exceptional creative output
  • Lead, mentor, and energize creative teams while fostering a collaborative environment
  • Partner closely with account teams to ensure seamless monthly production workflows
  • Champion efficient processes and proactively pursue high-value opportunities
  • Deliver and inspire original, high-quality work across all team outputs
  • Stay informed on advertising, media, and pop culture trends and integrate insights into creative direction
  • Leverage professional experience to shape and improve the creative development process
  • Present creative work to internal teams and external stakeholders with excellence
  • Maintain awareness of evolving industry standards and innovations
  • Promote team unity by initiating collaborative sessions, social events, and team-building activities
