This role involves shaping the visual and conceptual direction of high-profile campaigns by turning strategic insights into compelling design and art direction. The individual will elevate creative standards, build strong client relationships, and ensure visual storytelling delivers authentic audience connection and measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic objectives into award-winning visual concepts for broadcast, digital, social, and owned media.
- Collaborate closely with a Copy Associate Creative Director, strategists, and account leads to refine and advance unified creative ideas.
- Oversee the visual development of campaign assets, including art direction, design, photography, illustration, and video production.
- Uphold brand identity and visual standards, ensuring all creative work aligns with business goals and audience relevance.
- Work hand-in-hand with production, technology, and account teams to ensure timely and cohesive delivery of online and offline materials.
- Present design concepts and visual stories effectively during client pitches, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative culture by modeling high-quality work and creative problem-solving.
