Responsibilities
- Engage in all phases of the mergers and acquisitions process, from initial proposal through transaction close
- Evaluate Confidential Information Memorandums issued during investment banking-led transactions to determine strategic alignment and manage non-disclosure agreements and executive meetings
- Conduct financial due diligence and analyze profit and loss statements for potential deals involving internal and external firms
- Design and model financial and structural terms for transactions
- Develop and deliver Investment Committee memorandums for review and approval
- Create and present term sheets outlining deal conditions
- Serve as the primary coordinator between corporate and business unit teams
- Support senior staff throughout the deal lifecycle, gaining experience across legal, finance, and operational functions
