Responsibilities
- Foster a proactive safety culture and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Support Project Managers in overseeing project execution under direct supervision
- Help develop and monitor key performance indicators, project budgets, and cost management systems
- Assist in tracking project expenses, labor utilization, timelines, and progress reporting
- Coordinate activities with field crews, foremen, subcontractors, engineers, and utility stakeholders
- Support procurement processes, material submittals, and equipment logistics tracking
- Help manage subcontractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations
- Maintain accurate project records including cost data, billing, schedules, and budget documentation
- Assist with communication and reporting requirements for federal and state regulatory agencies
- Help develop and update project schedules under supervision
- Attend construction meetings to support coordination and project execution
- Support estimating efforts, proposal development, and quantity take-offs
- Provide administrative and operational support during extended field assignments
- Assist with managing project changes, productivity analysis, and closeout procedures
- Perform additional assigned tasks as needed
