Responsibilities
- Foster a proactive safety mindset and adhere to all environmental and safety regulations
- Support senior project managers in overseeing construction activities under direct guidance
- Help monitor project performance, including budget adherence and cost control measures
- Assist with tracking labor, expenses, project timelines, and generating status reports
- Liaise with field teams, subcontractors, engineering staff, and utility partners
- Support procurement processes, material submittals, and equipment logistics tracking
- Help manage subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Keep accurate records for project finances, billing, scheduling, and budgeting
- Support communication and reporting requirements with federal and state agencies
- Help develop and maintain project schedules under supervision
- Attend construction meetings to assist with coordination and progress tracking
- Support estimating tasks, proposal development, and quantity take-offs
- Provide administrative and operational support during extended field assignments
- Assist with managing project changes, productivity analysis, and closeout procedures
- Complete additional assigned tasks as needed

- Work may occur in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with frequent disruptions
- Travel is required, including prolonged periods at project sites
