Michels Utility Services, Inc. is hiring an Associate Construction Project Manager - Substations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a closely related discipline, or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in construction, with preference given to candidates with substation, electrical, or utility sector background
  • Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company safety standards
  • Willingness and ability to travel and support long-term assignments at project sites
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting
  • Strong organizational abilities and effective time-management skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Proven initiative, flexibility, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development

  • Familiarity with job cost tracking or estimating software applications
