Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 0–3 years of related experience (substation, electrical, or utility construction preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite project assignments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (experience with job cost tracking or estimating software is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow.
