Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, or a comparable mix of education and hands-on experience
- 0 to 3 years of experience in construction, with preference given to candidates with substation, electrical, or utility project backgrounds
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company safety standards
- Willingness and ability to travel and support long-duration assignments at project sites
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; prior experience with job cost monitoring or estimating tools is beneficial
- Strong ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively
- Clear and effective written and spoken communication abilities
- Proven self-motivation, flexibility, and eagerness to develop professionally
