Responsibilities
- Foster and uphold a robust safety culture, adhering to all safety and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations
- Aid Project Manager(s) in overseeing projects under direct supervision
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of project performance metrics, budgets, and cost controls
- Assist in cost tracking, labor tracking, scheduling, and reporting
- Liaise with field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and customers
- Support material procurement, submittals, and equipment tracking
- Aid in subcontractor management and contract compliance
- Maintain project documentation, including cost reporting, billing, scheduling, and budgeting records
- Assist with federal/state agency correspondence and reporting
- Manage project schedules under supervision
- Attend construction-related meetings to support project coordination
- Assist in proposal preparation, estimating, and quantity take-offs
- Provide onsite administrative and project support for active construction projects
- Aid in change management, productivity tracking, and project closeout
- Perform other assigned duties
