Responsibilities
- Foster and uphold a robust safety culture, ensuring adherence to all safety and environmental regulations.
- Aid Project Manager(s) in overseeing projects under direct guidance.
- Contribute to the creation and monitoring of project performance indicators, budgets, and cost management.
- Assist in tracking costs, labor, scheduling, and reporting.
- Liaise with field supervisors, subcontractors, engineers, suppliers, and clients.
- Support the procurement of materials, submittals, and equipment tracking.
- Aid in the management of subcontractors and ensure contract compliance.
- Maintain precise project records, including billing, cost reports, and scheduling documents.
- Assist with federal and state reporting and project communications as needed.
- Attend construction meetings and contribute to project coordination efforts.
- Help with the preparation of proposals, estimates, and quantity take-offs.
- Provide onsite administrative and project support for extended assignments.
- Assist with change management, productivity monitoring, and project completion activities.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
