Responsibilities
- Foster a proactive safety mindset and ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Support Project Managers in overseeing project execution under close supervision
- Help develop and monitor key performance indicators, financial budgets, and cost control measures
- Assist in tracking project expenses, workforce utilization, timelines, and progress reporting
- Liaise with construction teams, subcontractors, engineering staff, suppliers, and client representatives
- Aid in sourcing materials, processing submittals, and monitoring equipment logistics
- Support oversight of subcontractor activities and compliance with contractual obligations
- Keep accurate project records covering costs, budgets, invoicing, and scheduling details
- Help manage communications and reporting requirements with federal and state agencies
- Update and maintain project timelines under guidance from senior staff
- Attend and contribute to construction coordination meetings
- Support the creation of project proposals, cost estimates, and material quantity assessments
- Deliver administrative and logistical support at project sites during extended field assignments
- Assist with managing project changes, workforce productivity analysis, and final project wrap-up tasks
- Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors
