Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance, industry trends, and new opportunities in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust, transparency, and timely communication. Provide recommendations to help clients achieve their business goals.
- Develop an understanding of client businesses, target audiences, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with clients to define clear and measurable campaign objectives, aligning advertising strategies with overall business goals.
- Develop comprehensive advertising strategies and media plans across all relevant channels with the guidance of platform experts within your team.
- Use WPP Media workflow management tool to capture and guide campaign requirements and allocate resources effectively across different channels for effective campaign delivery.
- Implementation of advertising campaigns across all channels, ensuring timely launch and accurate setup. Continuous improvement through learnings, new technologies/tools and media know-how.
- Manage campaign budgets and track spending meticulously to ensure optimal ROI.
- Leverage internal teams (e.g., creative, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance closely, using WPP Media and/or other relevant tools to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure client spends are reconciled post campaign and supporting documents are maintained. Liaising with Finance to ensure client billing and vendor invoicing are up to date.
- Regularly analyse data to uncover insights, adjust strategies, and implement changes that enhance campaign performance. Liaison with champions within your team to progressively improve the performance of your client campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective campaign elements and optimize for conversions, engagement, and other key performance indicators.
- Generate reports from WPP Media proprietary dashboard that clearly communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients in a digestible and actionable format.
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing strategic recommendations to clients for future campaigns.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of total work experience in the media industry
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous data-driven approach to campaign planning, management and optimization.
Nice to Have
- Some understanding and hands-on experience across several advertising channels (biddable and non-biddable media)
- Prior experience in using analytics tools, e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Evogenious (TV), Clear Decisions, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerBI
