Responsibilities
- Daily Cashiering: process and reconcile money movements on behalf of clients with strict adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Interface directly with external custodian banks in the account opening and asset transfer process.
- Lead account opening and new client onboarding project plans, including communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Maintain existing client information; ensure all necessary data and documentation is accurately captured and preserved in the Firm’s database
- Support alternative investment processing procedures on behalf of clients.
- Work closely with other middle office teams to ensure client portfolio information is accurate and updated on a regular and timely basis.
- Assist in all ad hoc information or report requests from advisors.
- Participate in the enhancement of firmwide projects designed to improve the overall client experience, internal workflows, or data movement around the Firm.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Nice to Have
- 1+ years of experience in an operations role within the financial services industry preferred. Prior experience in wealth management, RIA, or family office or comparable. Internship experience will also be considered.
- Experience with financial services technology – investment accounting platforms, client relationship management (CRM) tools and client reporting software
- Experience managing processes and reviewing colleagues’ work in prior roles
