Mimica is hiring an Associate Business Development Representative, NAMER

Responsibilities

  • Create and prioritize lists of target accounts to uncover new business prospects.
  • Develop personalized outreach materials, including cold calling scripts, LinkedIn messages, and email sequences, using platforms such as Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Run outbound and inbound lead campaigns, following up with marketing-qualified leads to advance them through the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess prospect fit and schedule high-value meetings for Account Executives.
  • Observe discovery calls and product demonstrations to learn how senior sellers interact with enterprise clients and develop large deals.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce by logging account details, deal sizes, and pipeline stages to ensure reliable forecasting.
  • Work with the sales team to improve sales processes, messaging strategies, and tool effectiveness while progressing toward a full-cycle sales role.
