Responsibilities
- Manage all pre-onboarding activities and live launches to ensure partners are successfully set up and operational on the platform.
- Balance time equally between onboarding project coordination and continued account support.
- Foster lasting relationships through consistent communication and scheduled quarterly business reviews with a select group of partners.
- Prioritize customer success over sales targets, enabling partners to fully utilize the platform, which supports natural revenue growth and retention.
- Implement a structured and consistent outreach plan to maintain engagement and activity across the partner portfolio after onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth handoffs from initial sale to launch and ongoing management.
