About the Role

The Associate Account Manager will assist in managing client portfolios, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions to enhance customer success. This position requires proactive communication, analytical thinking, and coordination with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support account management activities for assigned clients
  • Monitor client performance and engagement metrics
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Assist in onboarding new clients to the platform
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams on client needs
  • Track account activity using CRM tools
  • Prepare reports on client usage and retention trends
  • Conduct regular check-ins with key accounts
  • Escalate technical or service issues appropriately
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Participate in strategy sessions for account growth
  • Follow up on underperforming accounts with recommendations
  • Support renewal processes for expiring contracts
  • Gather client feedback to inform product improvements
  • Coordinate with marketing on client engagement campaigns
  • Assist in resolving billing or invoicing concerns
  • Stay updated on product features and updates
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews with clients
  • Use data to assess client health and satisfaction
  • Promote best practices for platform utilization
  • Maintain professionalism in all client interactions
  • Support team goals through consistent performance
  • Adapt to evolving client and business needs
