Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to closing—against quarterly and annual targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive adoption, satisfaction, and renewals.
- Consultatively sell Adjust’s suite of solutions and services, adapting your pitch to a wide range of stakeholders and decision makers.
- Monitor client usage patterns and sentiment to proactively manage health and reduce churn risk.
- Identify and execute expansion and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Provide input to the product team based on client feedback and market trends.
- Represent Adjust at industry events and with mobile ecosystem partners to elevate brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce (SFDC).

- This is a hybrid role combining new business development and ongoing client success efforts.
- The candidate will be the face of Adjust to clients, strategically guiding them to success.
- The role is based in Beijing and part of the China team.
- The candidate will identify upsell opportunities that drive mutual growth.
- The candidate will bring in new logos while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
