Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to closing—against quarterly and annual targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive adoption, satisfaction, and renewals.
  • Consultatively sell Adjust’s suite of solutions and services, adapting your pitch to a wide range of stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Monitor client usage patterns and sentiment to proactively manage health and reduce churn risk.
  • Identify and execute expansion and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provide input to the product team based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Represent Adjust at industry events and with mobile ecosystem partners to elevate brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce (SFDC).

Additional Information

  • This is a hybrid role combining new business development and ongoing client success efforts.
  • The candidate will be the face of Adjust to clients, strategically guiding them to success.
  • The role is based in Beijing and part of the China team.
  • The candidate will identify upsell opportunities that drive mutual growth.
  • The candidate will bring in new logos while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
