Compensation
Base salary is $70,000 per year for positions based in New York or California; final offer may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Additional rewards include bonuses, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.

Direct Sales Immersion (Months 1–6)
For the first six months, gain hands-on sales experience by observing all meetings generated from your outreach efforts. Participate in real-time discovery and presentation sessions, engage in post-call reviews, and maintain CRM accuracy to master high-value deal execution.
Tech-Driven Market Mastery
Utilize advanced technology tools including Gong, Salesforce, and proprietary AI-powered insight platforms to refine go-to-market tactics. Analyze sales interactions and engagement metrics to quickly build expertise in the ad-tech industry.
Direct Mentorship
Receive one-on-one coaching from experienced Account Executives and structured training from the Sales Enablement team to prepare for official Pitch Certification.
