Samba TV is hiring an Associate Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow revenue-focused partnerships with advertisers and agencies within a designated region or industry segment.
  • Convey the company's differentiated offerings through targeted outreach via email, phone, and digital platforms to secure executive-level discussions.
  • Collaborate with a sales leadership manager to sustain current client portfolios while actively pursuing new business prospects.
  • Advise top-tier agencies on advancing their television and video strategies using data insights.
  • Partner with programmatic specialists to design tailored proposals that align with client marketing goals.
  • Support the creation of regional marketing campaigns and serve as a representative at industry conferences and events.

Compensation

Base salary is $70,000 per year for positions based in New York or California; final offer may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Additional rewards include bonuses, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.

Work Arrangement

On-site — New York, California

Direct Sales Immersion (Months 1–6)

For the first six months, gain hands-on sales experience by observing all meetings generated from your outreach efforts. Participate in real-time discovery and presentation sessions, engage in post-call reviews, and maintain CRM accuracy to master high-value deal execution.

Tech-Driven Market Mastery

Utilize advanced technology tools including Gong, Salesforce, and proprietary AI-powered insight platforms to refine go-to-market tactics. Analyze sales interactions and engagement metrics to quickly build expertise in the ad-tech industry.

Direct Mentorship

Receive one-on-one coaching from experienced Account Executives and structured training from the Sales Enablement team to prepare for official Pitch Certification.
