Responsibilities
- Support the Property Manager in daily operational and administrative duties.
- Liaise with tenants, property owners, service providers, and contractors for maintenance, inspections, and leasing matters.
- Create and maintain property documentation such as leases, Form 6s, entry and exit reports, notices, contracts, and official communications.
- Keep property management systems and customer relationship databases current and accurate.
- Address inquiries from tenants and clients promptly and professionally.
- Handle property advertisements, vacancy promotions, open house coordination, and support tenant evaluation procedures.
- Track overdue rent, manage invoicing, monitor payments, and conduct follow-up communications.
- Help organize routine property inspections, schedule maintenance, and monitor compliance requirements.
- Assist with managing the Property Manager’s inbox and calendar.
- Use Australian property management software and digital platforms to enhance efficiency and reporting.
- Provide support for additional administrative duties and special initiatives as needed.
