Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Applicant must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of three years of experience in retail management
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership, sales, and customer service
- Proven ability to manage inventory and drive financial performance
- Track record of recruiting, training, and developing team members
- Skilled in performance coaching, employee counseling, and resolving workplace conflicts
- Self-motivated with a focus on accountability and achieving results
- High standards of integrity, ethical conduct, and open communication

- Physically capable of standing or walking for long durations, with frequent overhead reaching, bending, squatting, and kneeling during inventory and stocking tasks
- Able to provide outstanding customer service while adhering to loss prevention protocols
- Regularly lifts and handles items up to 30 pounds and completes routine store maintenance duties
- Reliable transportation required to consistently arrive at the work location
- Available to work a 40-hour weekly schedule including weekends (Friday through Sunday), evenings, and holidays as business needs require
