Fidelis Cybersecurity, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support for our global recruitment processes, assisting in the sourcing and hiring of top talent worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation by preparing paperwork, scheduling training sessions, and setting up employee files.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, maintaining employee records, and responding to inquiries.
- Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Nice to Have
- 1+ year of experience in a recruitment or HR-related field.
