About the Role

The Assistant Property Manager will support the daily operations of property sites, ensuring tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and efficient administrative processes under the guidance of the Property Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing property operations for mixed-use developments
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve maintenance concerns promptly
  • Support lease administration and document renewal tracking
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for site services
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and budget summaries
  • Track rent collections and follow up on delinquent accounts
  • Maintain accurate property records and compliance documentation
  • Support marketing efforts for vacant units or spaces
  • Ensure adherence to fair housing laws and safety regulations
  • Assist in organizing community events and tenant engagement activities
  • Manage work order systems and track resolution timelines
  • Prepare occupancy reports and update property dashboards
  • Liaise with regional management on operational updates
  • Support emergency response procedures during after-hours incidents
  • Assist in onboarding new tenants and processing move-ins
  • Handle move-out inspections and security deposit processing
  • Maintain inventory of property supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate janitorial and landscaping services
  • Update property data in management software systems
  • Support annual audits and insurance inspections
  • Monitor compliance with local zoning and building codes
  • Assist in energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for lease signing processes
  • Track service contracts and renewal dates
