European Society of Radiology is hiring an Assistant Project Coordination (f/m/x)

Responsibilities

  • Handle society administration tasks, including scheduling and organizing meetings, and supporting the board and committees.
  • Provide support to members and participants through administration, correspondence, and registration.
  • Assist in organizing and managing the annual congress, meetings, workshops, webinars, and other events on-site.
  • Contribute to marketing and communications efforts, such as website updates, social media, and mailings.
  • Manage data administration and file management.
  • Prepare overviews, evaluations, and analyses, for example for accounting purposes.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English, at least C1 level.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe.

Nice to Have

  • Additional languages are a benefit.
  • Experience in society or event management is an advantage.

  • Temporary replacement for at least 1 year.
  • Full-time - 38.5 hours per week.
  • Successful applicants must hold a valid work permit for Austria.
  • Successful applicants must be willing and able to commute to our office in Vienna on a regular basis.
