About the Role
The individual will assist in managing end-to-end talent delivery workflows, improve process adherence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding activities for field technicians assigned to client projects
- Track delivery timelines and escalate delays to senior program staff
- Support the development of reporting dashboards for talent deployment metrics
- Monitor technician certification compliance and documentation status
- Respond to internal stakeholder inquiries about technician availability
- Assist in identifying delivery bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Maintain accurate records in the talent management system
- Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure technician readiness
- Validate technician qualifications against project requirements
- Update project statuses in coordination with delivery leads
- Participate in weekly planning meetings with operations teams
- Generate weekly performance summaries for leadership review
- Ensure adherence to client-specific onboarding protocols
- Facilitate communication between field personnel and project managers
- Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to assess service quality
- Support audit readiness by maintaining organized program files
- Assist in training new team members on delivery workflows
- Monitor service ticket resolution times and flag delays
- Provide data inputs for client-facing status reports
- Help maintain service delivery standards across regions
- Coordinate with compliance team on credentialing updates
- Track technician feedback and identify recurring issues
- Escalate critical delivery risks to management
- Contribute to quarterly process review sessions
- Support integration of new clients into the delivery pipeline
