LINE MAN Wongnai is hiring an Assistant Marketing Solutions Manager - Ad Business

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary marketing advisor for key clients, engaging deeply to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals.
  • Develop full-funnel marketing strategies integrating display, listing ads, and off-platform media to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations to enhance campaign performance and client satisfaction.
  • Educate and influence clients to adopt innovative ad solutions aligned with their business objectives
  • Drive client adoption, retention, and long-term spending on the ad platform.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets by developing customized solution packages and media strategies.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and expand platform adoption across major restaurant verticals.
  • Use performance data and insights to optimize campaigns for ROI improvement continuously.
  • Design and implement A/B testing and new ad strategies to increase engagement and retention.
  • Develop compelling pitch decks, proposals, and case studies that showcase campaign innovation and results.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations to clients and agencies, effectively articulating platform value and differentiation.
  • Work closely with business, product, marketing, and strategy teams, and use client feedback and personal creativity to work with internal teams to develop holistic ad strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Integrate client feedback and market insights into product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all campaigns align with company-wide business goals.
  • Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of partnership campaigns on business development objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing solutions (ad tech-martech), and business development, preferably in a platform environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and performance optimization.
  • Ability to understand and interpret market trends to develop innovative strategies for client success.
  • Proven record of client-facing interactions and capable of building trust-based relationships.
  • Proven track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Growth mindset: Must be adaptable, ready to learn, and open to new roles and industries as our company frequently expands into new sectors.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English.
