WPP Media is hiring an Assistant Manager Operations – ESP

Requirements

  • Proactively identify farming opportunities within existing client accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell of the ESP product range.
  • Collaborate with cluster leads and client teams to understand client needs and tailor ESP solutions accordingly.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets for the ESP product portfolio through strategic account management and solution selling.
  • Work closely with client leadership and internal teams to embed ESP products into integrated communication strategies.
  • Support cluster leads in developing and presenting integrated solutions that leverage the full capabilities of ESP.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance client engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ESP product-related queries and consultations within client accounts.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop compelling business cases and presentations for clients.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for client teams and internal stakeholders to increase product knowledge and usage.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to inform product positioning and enhancements.
  • Provide regular insights and reports on ESP product performance and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Identify key partnerships that would further enhance ESP / WPP Media’s product portfolio and be the 1st to market.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Client Leadership & Growth to identify training needs related to ESP and coordinate relevant learning initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing and sales collateral that supports ESP product promotion and client engagement.
  • Actively engage in learning and development initiatives throughout the year, including familiarizing with WPP’s new identity and completing trainings on WPP Open tools.
  • Follow and adhere to WPP Media’s ethical and compliance standards as set out by WPP.
