Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in industry best practices for IT architectures, including telephony, networking, cloud computing, and information security.
- Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of IT infrastructure and solution projects.
- Help prepare technical responses for RFIs and RFPs, and contribute to solution design and pricing inputs.
- Collect and analyze client requirements, and propose suitable IT solutions that align with business needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support client interactions during project execution.
- Help manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
- Create and maintain project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance, and project governance standards.
